Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time; you will be notified if so.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted couriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided at the time of invoice.

All shipping, handling, and insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once shipped, transit times typically range from 3–10 business days within the United States.
International delivery times vary by country.
5. Artwork Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care to ensure safe arrival. This may include:

Reinforced flat boxes or tubes

Additional padding or framing protection
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the shipping provider.

We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage so we can assist with filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
8. Local Pickup (Optional)
If offered, local pickup may be arranged by appointment.
Buyers will be notified when their artwork is ready for collection.
